The project aims to transform the corporate museums of food companies into Living Labs to prototype, test, and validate ideas and technologies with consumers, producers, and experts.
The Living Labs will organise a series of activities aimed at favouring collaborations among stakeholders in four domains: a) technology transfer to convey results stemming from scientific and technological research to the market; b) education to offer learning experiences to consumers and professionals; c) innovation of products and services to experiment with new concepts, materials and technologies; d) communication to change consumers’ habits towards healthy and sustainable nutrition.
